Kumar was very accommodating inregards tovery picky individuals inour group who have extreme differences insleeping preferences.
His detailed explanations about the features ofthe individual beds that wetried alleviated the need for questions due tothe level ofdemonstrations heperformed.
His performance asa Salesman far exceeded the stereotype ofa regular salesman only caring about asale and not caring about the customer. Inthis instance, heshowed remarkable interest inthe custo
mer's preferences and showed extreme levels ofpatience and discretion inregards tobeing hailed with many many questions all atonce.My overall experience with Kumar was impeccable attitude and attentiveness. Hewas not atany point being pushy inregards toacquiring asale. Iwas very comfortable insecuring achoice ofa king size Tempurpedic without the feeling that Iwas compelled toleave without buying product.

Amazing experience with Hayley. She isso awesome. Webought 4mattresses from her and she explained the best deals and was apleasure towork with. Weleft Macys feeling annoyed with the salesperson and came here just tolook, but ended upbuying because she was soknowledgeable and not pushy.
