Took myhusband after suspecting rib fractures post scooter accident. Everyone was kind, efficient and caring. After working inhealthcare 35years, Iknow how often caregivers get burnt out & the care reflectsit. This was not the case here-just kind people who helped him & we’re professional. And much tohis dismay, 3ribs were fractured not byhis Harley athome, but our Segway scooter.:0Iwould revisit this place. Urgent care isa great idea when ERis not the most appropriate level but beyond aprimary provider.… – show

Could not answer asimple question inregard towhat kind oftests are offered over the phone. They want you tocome inso ofcourse they can make money before they answer simple questions.
In response tothe owners response: You all didn't even answer mybasic question. Mybasic question was sosimple anyone could have answeredit. Isimply asked ifthere are any other tests offered besides blood orurine onsomething specific I'm researching.

Collier Urgent Care does not offer telephone consultations Angel. Wecan answer basic questions, like 'yes, wedo rapid Covid tests', but not specific questions about how todiagnose your problems. For that you need tobe seen bya physician. That shouldn't surpriseyou.

Needed quick care today sowe could continue onwith our vacation uninterrupted. Stopped here, taking achance that itwould bequick. Excellent service from everyone! The front desk gal was great, along with the nurse tech and Doctor! Wewere inand out within 1/2hour! Also they had the antibiotic onsite for purchase aswell which was abig time saver and nohassle atall! They also accepted our health insurance! Great place!

I had avery bad experience here atthis clinic. The lady that helped meat first “seemed nice” just toget meto say okay toher asking for personal info from myinsurance adjuster. When Ishowed upthey said the copay would be$50atthe most. Iwas ina car accident with insurance topay forit. Right before Iwalked back tobe checked out Iasked the front desk “how much exactly would thatbe?” Now she says it’s $280. Iwas standing right there while the front desk lady was onmy cell phone with the insurance agent and from what Iwas hearing sounded like hetold her Iwas tonot pay anything for the visit that they would bill myinsurance. Why $280? Because ofmy deductible. Well NORMALLY they send abill tothe insurance and then they pay but since Igave her permission totalk with myadjuster they “justified” the extra money they were charging meout ofpocket. This isa very bad business practice and the manager barely could keep her cool when Icalled her out onit. Her last words were, “well this isnot ahospital.” All about money not about care. Itis anurgent care. Iwould not recommend togo there orif youdo, don’t give any non needed personal info they WILL use itagainstyou. Ido not wish tohave other have this kind ofexperience.… – show

Insurances have many rules Amanda, and everyone has toplay bythose rules when filing medical claims. That includes gathering some personal information.
Further, the rates, co-payments, and deductibles are set byyour insurance company— welook upyour eligibility and benefits, and then inform you ofyour obligation atthe time ofservice.
Any questions about rates orbenefits should bedirected toyour insurer(s).00

I tested positive athome for covid soI went into confirm Ihad the virus. They took my$50and gave mea covid test and said Iwas negative. Iwent out inthe community and ran some errands then went home and tested myself again—-
Very positive results anhour after they told meI was negative. Itested again this morning and still positive. There isno way Itested negative intheir office. Icalled todiscuss with manager and explained Iam high risk due toother health problems and that she should beaware ofthe situation. She disagreed and said they were not inthe wrong and hung upme. Iwill never return tothat doc inabox. Poor procedures and lack ofconcern from management.… – show00

Had abad splinter inmy finger, Inormally dig them out but this was about ainch deep and broken off way inside. Came inand was seen quickly, DrMike was very personable, did agreat job and got the splinter out with almost nopain.

$288for asimple cut onmy finger.didn’t want intake myinsurance for some reasons. Under 15mins and didn’t even wipe myfinger clean, before putting ona clean bandage. Just doyour research.

At first Icontacted the office through their website toask about writing aprescription. Ireceived aresponse fromDr. Abood within anhour. Hecontinued toanswer myquestions over a24hour period.
I went tothe office the nextday. The front desk staff was very pleasant and were able toget mein anexam room, with anurse within 20minutes.
I amsorry Ididn't get her name, but the nurse was asgood asit gets, asa person and ahealth care professional. She explained what they could doforme, but would NOT charge mycredit card unless Iagreed. She added, ifI couldn't get into myregular doctor, Icould come back later and complete the visit.
Unbelievable!!!

First time atthis establishment. Paperwork was only 2pages. Girls atthe front desk were very sweet! Iwas taken back bythe tech/nurse within 10minutes ofcompleting mypaperwork. The PAcame inshortly after. Addressed myconcerns and answered any questions that Ihad. 10/10recommend this urgent care!

This was the best medical experience Ihave everhad. I'm 62yearsold, acancer survivor, and visiting from out ofstate. The reception staff was friendly, and very efficient. Ittook less than 10minutes from the time Iwalked inthe door, tobeing taken toan exam room. Mynurse, Jessica, was kind and also very efficient. Isaw Drde laRivaherrera inless than 5minutes from when Jessica leftme. The doctor was thorough, comforting, and made mefeel asthough Iwas his only patient. I was here today and came ready tospend along time waiting. Iwas taken within 10minutes after filling out the forms. From the nurse who had metake atest tothe PAand tothe nurse attheend, Iwas given adiagnosis and prescription. Iwas very pleased with the efficient and friendly service. Thank youall!

Called tosee ifthere was anyway toget indue tohigh volume because ofCovid. Was told totry early next morning since very busy. Awonderful receptionist called meback tosay they would beclosed the next day and tocome inimmediately (around4:00pm). Only waited for maybe ten minutes, was diagnosed with sinus infection, got anegative Covid test and given prescriptions. Very pleased with entire staff. Would highly recommend this facility.
